Registration Process
New Student Application

Registration Fee
New families: $350 registration fee is due when submitting the application
Returning families: $350
re-enrollment fee is due for each student. Please let the office know by March 15th how you would like this fee billed.
$350 per Student:
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Requirements
Kindergarten: Submit a copy of your child’s current immunization record, health exam form, and birth certificate. (We accept children whose birthdays fall after September 1, only with a preschool recommendation and a meeting with our Kindergarten teacher.)
Grade 1: Submit a current report card from Kindergarten, immunizations, health exam form, and birth certificate.
Grades 2-5: Submit a current report card, a copy of the most recent standardized test scores, immunization records, and birth certificate.
Deliver the above items to Good Shepherd Lutheran School’s office.

Kindergarten - 5th Grade

Sibling Discount Rates
Tuition for second child: $6,998
Tuition for three or more children: $6220
5% discount for paid in full tuition: $7,386
Free before and after school care for full pay families
Tuition is paid in 10 equal installments from August through May, or 12 equal installments from August through July. Please complete your tuition authorization form here.
Technology and Book Fee
$450 per student
Textbooks are the property of Good Shepherd Lutheran School. If a student loses or damages any schoolbooks, they will be charged the full price of that book.
Chromebook
Grades 2 – 5 are required to purchase a Chromebook for use in the classroom.
Other Services
School Age Care (SAC)
Our before and after school care program is FREE for all full pay tuition families.
Lunchable & Drink Fees
-Fees for the following programs are determined in July of each school year-
Lunchables for students whom forget their lunch available in the office for $6.
Bottled water is $2 per bottle. We also have a refillable bottle drinking fountain for those wishing to refill their own bottles.
Other Fees
Field Trips
Classroom field trips require admission and/or transportation fees that are announced and collected in advance of each trip.
Overnight Excursions
Students in grades 4 and 5 go on one overnight class trip each year. Class trips require admission and/or transportation fees that are announced and collected in advance of each trip. Costs are offset by fundraising throughout the year.
Tuition, SAC, Drink, and Other Fees may be paid by cash, check, auto withdrawal, or credit card. Please note there is 3% fee for credit card payments. For any returned item, your account will be assessed returned item fees and charged $25 to cover administrative costs.
Registration, SAC, Drink Cards, and Other Fees are nonrefundable and are not prorated for early withdrawal.
DAILY HOT LUNCH PROGRAM
We now offer daily lunch options for our students. Monthly lunch calendar will be emailed and sent home to families to pre-select lunches for the month. Each meal comes with side and fresh fruit, drinks not included.
