Returning Students

• Registration is $300 per child
• If registration is paid by February 28, there is a $50 discount, and you pay only $250. 
• After June 15, there is a $50 increase in registration, and you pay $350.
• Returning families may pay the registration fee in two installments, half with the application and half within 30 days.  Please note:  We do not send reminder notices for second installments
• Registration fees are non-refundable.

Tuition Payment Plans 

Tuition is prorated on a daily basis for late registrations or early withdrawals.

There are many different types of payment plans.  The lowest tuition rate is reserved for families wishing to pay in full for the entire year by August 15.  Another payment option, for either member or non-member, is for families wishing to pay in 12 installments, July through June.  July and August installments are $200 per child with the balance being divided into 10 equal installments September through June.  A reminder flyer of this option will be mailed to families twice during the summer.

Methods of Payment

• Checks or money orders are accepted for all school fees in person, via mail, or through your child’s teacher.
• Cash is accepted, but must be made in person to the school office, not via your child’s teacher.  Exact change is required.
• Electronic transfer payments are automatically deducted from your account each month.  There is a special discount for using this method of payment.  Check the table on the previous page for this discount.
• All major credit cards are accepted for any tuition payments.  We are happy to add any other fees to this tuition payment if you so desire.

Late Fees

Monthly fees are due on the 10^th of each month and are considered late, with a $25 late fee assessed, if postmarked on the 11^th or later.  If you choose to deliver your payment in person or through your teacher, remember that payments not mailed must reach the office (and not your child’s teacher) by the 10^th to avoid the late fee.

School-Age Care

 School-age care fees are assessed through the purchase of a 20-hour card divided into 15 minute blocks. 

The cost for these cards are:

·         $70 for a single child family

·         $65 for multiple children, one family

·         $30 for a 5-hour card for families requiring limited school-age care

Late pickup fees – One 15 minute block ($0.88) is marked off for each minute a student remains in SAC beyond 6:00 p.m. Special school-age care days are offered on certain school holidays.  This service is by advance sign-up only and regular school-age cards cannot be used on these days.  The fees for these special days will be nonrefundable once you have signed up your child.

Miscellaneous Fees

Fees for the following programs are not determined until August of each school year:

• Powerline Reading Program
• Lunch Cards 
• Drink Cards – This card allows the student to choose between milk, juice, or bottled water.

Other fees 

• Field Trips – Occasional classroom trips require admission and/or transportation fees, announced and collected in advance of each trip.  These fees will be announced by your child’s teacher.
• Multiple Parent Communications - $35 per year, assessed if mailing of school newsletters and other communications are requested by non-custodial parents.

Registration, Powerline, band, and multiple parent communication fees are nonrefundable and are not prorated for early withdrawal or late registration.
